Shipping Terms
Carrier: All our items are shipped via Post Office from Europe. We charge the actual cost of shipping either regular postal mail or priority postal mail. Unfortunately the Post Office does NOT provide tracking numbers for regular or priority shipping.

We can also ship via EMS (with tracking), which takes to the USA and Canada appr. 4-6 working days, depending on postal code, please ask for prices - it is very high!
An example: one dirndl dress would cost for either US $ 58 or 74, depending on the exact weight with box, which we can only tell when I already packed it.
We do not ship UPS - it is prohibitively expensive in Europe.
Time: It usually takes about 3 weeks with regular and about one week with priority mail. Due to varying customs inspections these times may vary as well. We ship twice a week: tuesday and friday and your mail will be taken to the post office if money arrives the day before!
If you want immediate shipping the same day (mon-fri) we charge an extra handling fee of $ 5.
Insurance is optional. Buyer takes full risk of shipping. If insured, PO will track package after 6 weeks and eventually refund money in case of loss.
